Cold therapies are generally considered to be particularly gentle and effective for acute injuries as well as health-promoting measures. The cooling boot from Waldhausen, consisting of several separate cooling chambers, ensures optimum regeneration after sporting exertion and has a preventative effect to keep the ligaments, tendons and joints of the horse"s legs healthy. Thanks to its generous size, it can be used on both the front and hind legs and can be ideally adapted to the horse"s leg using elasticated Velcro fasteners. Depending on requirements, the boot can be used several times a day for a period of approx. 20-30 minutes. Before use, the boot should be stored in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours or in the freezer for a shorter period. The horse should not be left unattended during application. This form of cooling also conserves resources and can replace the tried-and-tested cooling technology with water hoses.

- DPD Next Working Day: Next working day (if ordered before 2.30pm). Delivery is Monday to Friday only.
- DPD Sat (if ordered before Friday 2.30pm). Please select DPD Sat at checkout for your items to be delivered on a Saturday
- Click & Collect: You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Usually within 2 hours to collect from our Larkhall Retail Store.
