With the regal appearance of the Monarch rug, your horse will be sure to stand out! Making your horse look fantastic while protecting it from changeable weather, the no-fill lining rests lightly on your horse's back, stopping him from getting hot and bothered in the sun, while 600D Ripstop waterproofing protects it from light rain and drizzle.

Although we state that our Lightweight turnout rugs are showerproof, the materials used are certified waterproof. Whilst water will not penetrate the material itself, due to strong winds or heavy rain, water can get up under the light rug, or run down the horse's neck under the rug, and so it would be deceptive to label the rug as completely waterproof.
